Payment
☆ Full payment upfront is expected unless otherwise negotiated.☆ I will not start working on a commission until I have received payment.

Communication & Cancellation
☆ At any point during a commission, if I do not receive a needed reply within two weeks (14 days), the commission may be canceled.
---> If payment has already been received in whole or part, full or partial refunds are left to my discretion depending on the amount of work already completed.☆ My turnaround time ranges from a few days to several weeks. I will communicate closely with you how long a commission will take, and if my estimate changes.☆ If the commission needs to be completed within a certain timeframe, this must be communicated. (A rush charge may be applied at my own discretion.)☆ I may cancel the commission at any time if you are excessively or continuously rude, demanding, childish, or inappropriate. Thus, you will not be refunded.☆ I reserve the right to refuse service from anyone for any reason.

Rights & Distribution
☆ You may not use commissioned work for your own profit, such as selling prints or merch with the artwork, without negotiating commercial rights with me for said work.☆ I will not work with NFTs, cryptoart, blockchain or cryptocurrency nor will I permit my art to be used for anything in that vein.☆ AI-Imitation of my art style is not permitted.
